The Legislative Decree No.196/2003 provides for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, protecting your privacy and your rights.
The use of data that concerns you has as its purpose the admission as a member to the International Association of Exorcists (AIE). The telephone number and e-mail details are gathered to contact you and/or give you information about the meetings and initiatives promoted by the Association.
The management of the data is computerised and manual. The collected data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties.
The provision of personal data is optional and failure to provide will result in non-admission to the Association. The failure to provide your phone number or e-mail, however, will not preclude admission to the Association.
The data controller is the International Association of Exorcists (AIE) in the person of its President, the legal representative. He is in charge of maintaining rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. No.196/2003.
You may, therefore, ask the Data Controller for correction and / or integration of your data as well as the freezing and / or cancellation.
